Every May, I run a short-form video challenge for doulas who want to be more visible to the families they serve. The 4th Annual International Doula Month Reels Challenge is open, and the guide is free.
What you get
Sixty-two short-form video prompts for the full month of May. Two tiers, one for newer doulas and one for experienced doulas, so you can pick prompts that match where you are right now. Every prompt is written to help you talk to expecting families, not other doulas.
How it works
You download the guide, pick the prompt that fits your week, and post on whichever platform your clients actually use. Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn video for the doulas working with corporate clients. Use the hashtag #DoulaMonthReels so other doulas can find you and so I can cheer you on.
You don’t need perfect lighting or fancy edits. You need clear, human communication that helps someone feel more prepared and supported. Even three videos this month will put you ahead of most.
