What's in My Doula Birth Bag?

I've been asked countless times about the essentials I carry in my doula birth bag. Over the years, I've learned to streamline, but there are some must-have items I won't leave home without. Below is my go-to list of tools that help me support clients.

Listen first: Hillary Melchiors and I just recorded a Birth Geeks episode all about doula bags. We talk through what we actually carry, what we've stopped carrying, and why the "magic bag" idea is a bit of a myth. Listen to Episode 85: The Not-So-Magic Doula Bag.
