Add my emails to your safe sender list
Robin Elise Weiss Doula Trainer & Mentor in dark greek

If my emails are landing in your spam folder, you’ll miss important pieces of your training: portal access, magic links, schedule reminders, and the resources I send during class week. A two minute setup keeps everything in your inbox.

The three addresses to add:

  • hello@doulabusiness.com
  • hellodoulabusiness@gmail.com
  • robin@doulabusiness.com

The simplest fix that works almost everywhere

Add me to your contacts. Open your contacts app or address book, create a new contact named Robin Weiss, and put all three email addresses on it. Most email providers automatically trust messages from people in your contacts.

If you want a more bulletproof setup, or your email provider isn’t trusting contacts the way it should, the steps below cover the most common clients.

Gmail (web or app)

The contact method works fine for Gmail. If you want to be extra sure my emails get through, set up a filter:

  1. Open Gmail in a browser.
  2. Click the gear icon at the top right and choose “See all settings.”
  3. Click the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab.
  4. Click “Create a new filter.”
  5. In the “From” field, type hello@doulabusiness.com.
  6. Click “Create filter.”
  7. Check “Never send it to Spam.” Then click “Create filter.”
  8. Repeat steps 4 through 7 for hellodoulabusiness@gmail.com and robin@doulabusiness.com.

Outlook on the web (outlook.com or Microsoft 365)

  1. Sign in to Outlook.
  2. Click the gear icon at the top right and choose “View all Outlook settings.”
  3. Go to Mail, then Junk email.
  4. Under “Safe senders and domains,” click “+ Add.”
  5. Enter hello@doulabusiness.com and press Enter.
  6. Add the other two addresses the same way.
  7. Click Save.

Outlook desktop (Windows or Mac)

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. On the Home tab, click Junk, then “Junk Email Options.”
  3. Click the “Safe Senders” tab.
  4. Click Add and enter hello@doulabusiness.com.
  5. Click Add again to enter hellodoulabusiness@gmail.com and robin@doulabusiness.com.
  6. Click OK.

Apple Mail (Mac)

The simplest path is to add me as a contact:

  1. Open the Contacts app.
  2. Click the + at the bottom and choose “New Contact.”
  3. Add the name Robin Weiss.
  4. Add hello@doulabusiness.com, hellodoulabusiness@gmail.com, and robin@doulabusiness.com on separate email lines.
  5. Save.

Apple Mail (iPhone or iPad)

  1. Open the Contacts app.
  2. Tap + in the top right.
  3. Add the name Robin Weiss.
  4. Tap “add email” and enter hello@doulabusiness.com.
  5. Tap “add email” again and add hellodoulabusiness@gmail.com.
  6. Tap “add email” again and add robin@doulabusiness.com.
  7. Tap Done.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Sign in to Yahoo Mail.
  2. Click the gear icon and choose “More Settings.”
  3. Click “Filters” in the left sidebar.
  4. Click “Add new filters.”
  5. Name the filter “Robin Weiss.”
  6. Set From, then contains, then enter hello@doulabusiness.com.
  7. Set “Move to folder” to Inbox.
  8. Save.
  9. Repeat for the other two addresses.

Another email provider, or unsure

If you’re using a provider not listed above, search the help section of your email service for “add safe sender” or “create filter.” The pattern is the same: add hello@doulabusiness.com, hellodoulabusiness@gmail.com, and robin@doulabusiness.com to your safe senders or contacts.
